I had such a great stay! The room was very clean with a reclining desk chair, a chaise lounge, and a very comfy bed. Samantha did such a fine job making me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

We came for my husband to attend the NARBC show. The hotel was across the street from the event! Thank you for being the host hotel. Our room was very nice, you had a nice selection of items for breakfast & your front desk employee gave great recommendations for a place for dinner! Thank you!

Hotel was clean, the staff polite, good breakfast selection, price/value was good. Close enough to downtown without the extra costs of being downtown & close enough to the highway to be easily accessible, however there is some noise from the location as to be expected. Breakfast options were good. Wi-fi did not work the first night but worked the next day. When making a reservation online it has you create a profile; I wish this asked about room preferences/accessibility rather than hobbies.

After a long night at the children's hospital, my son and I were in search of a hotel close by that could take us in at 1:30am. They were very friendly on the phone and very accommodating at check in. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good too. Overall a very pleasant stay after a long day.

I stayed here during snowmagedon and Dallaska. It is close to the hospital. The rooms are comfortable. My room was quiet. I had a hard time figuring out the tv. The the complementary breakfast was better than I expected. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff here was friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept. Only issue I had was with the type of washer/dryer they had. It was a combo and took 3 hours. I was not able to pause the machine when spinning dry to get my clothes out. Went down stairs to ask staff for help. They came and tried but took us 20 minutes to get it open and that was just luck. My clothes were all damp when we finally got them out. Had to hang them around my room to dry. So don't do laundry here because you will wait hours for it. Just an FYI. Once again the staff was great and I know it's not their fault the owners need to fix this situation.

Plachette C. at the front desk was a much needed friendly face and was very helpful even before I arrived with providing information to get me to the hotel and getting me checked in last minute late in the night and after a long drive in with a bad experience at another hotel where my reservation was cancelled. Plachette's professionalism was very much appreciated and being a regional Manager of hospitality myself I shared my previous experience with her and thanked her for being a professional and hospitable person. I will definitely be choosing to stay ar this hotel in the future when my travel brings me back this way. the rooms and property are well kept and clean and the staff is great and very accommodating.

Parking is plenty and easy. No charge for parking which is nice. Lobby is large and plenty of area if you are here with a group to socialize or want to work together on projects for work. Internet is decent but not best. Check in was quick and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Through out my stay all the staff was polite and helpful and very friendly. Elevators all worked and were pretty quick. Free breakfast and lots to choose from. The room was ok. My room was in need of definite attention. The room door was a wrestling match to open and close every time because of the binding on the jamb. The toilet just kept running and running and had to position the handle just right to stop it. The window looked like it had never been cleaned on the outside since the building was built. Barely see out clearly. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Refrigerator in the room and decent size one. Shower had great pressure.
